What I do with what you tell me, and what you can ask of me

There is no company behind this and no sales team: I read and answer the enquiries myself.
I receive the type of event, its length, the date, the place, your name, whichever contact detail you leave me, and whatever you write in the message.
What for: to reply with availability and a price. Nothing else.
On what basis: your own request, ahead of a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). That is why there is no box to tick: asking me for a quote is already asking me to reply.
The calendar is run by Cal.com. Booking leaves them your name, your email and the slot you picked, and all of it reaches me so I can take the call.
I use what you tell me on that channel to answer you. Each platform also has its own terms, which are not mine to set.
There is no automated decision-making, no profiling, and I do not send marketing.
At some events I film or take photos, and now and then I publish something here or on my social accounts to show how it went. What I am after is the atmosphere and a full dance floor, never anyone's face in particular.
If you appear in a photo or a video and would rather not, write to me at info@djjandor.com and I will take it down. You do not need to explain why or prove anything: tell me which one and it goes, here and on whichever social account it is on.
And where a photo has someone as its subject rather than as part of the party, I do not publish it without speaking to them first.
I use Ahrefs Web Analytics to see how many people come by and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
It records the page you are on, where you arrived from, your browser, your device and an approximate location at city level. Your IP address is used in that moment to work out the location and a hashed daily identifier, then thrown away: it is not kept in their database or their logs, and the key it is hashed with is deleted every 24 hours.
It cannot identify you or follow you across other sites. I do this on the basis of my legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in knowing whether any of this works, and if you would still rather your visit was not counted, write to me and we will sort it out.
The provider is Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., based in Singapore.
If we do not end up working together, I delete the enquiry a year after our last conversation.
If we do, the contract and invoice details are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial rules require, which is between four and six years depending on the document.

Netlify, Cal.com and Vimeo are US companies, and Ahrefs is based in Singapore, so some of this is processed outside the European Economic Area.
The transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Singapore has no adequacy decision, so that transfer relies on those same standard contractual clauses.
At any point you can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit what I do with it, hand it over as a file, or stop processing it altogether. An email to info@djjandor.com saying what you want is enough.
It is free and I answer within a month. And if you think I have handled it badly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: aepd.es.
The site runs over HTTPS and the accounts your enquiries land in are protected. No system is watertight, so the best defence is the plainest one: I keep no more than I need, and no longer than I need it.
